We are working with an excellent Built Environment Consultancy firm in Reading who are looking for an experienced Mandamp;E Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a permanent basis.andnbsp;

You will be responsible for assisting in the provision of a wide range of Mandamp;E quantity surveying services including:

- Advise on services costs involved in building projects
- Evaluation of costs and advise on alternative proposals
- Advice on contract arrangements and conditions
- Undertaking all elements of pre and post contract work
- Preparing measured term accounts for contractor based clients

The skills and experience you need to have for this role:

- BSc in Quantity Surveying, similar level degree or vocational qualification (or equivalent)
- Clean UK driving licence
