As Volunteer Engagement Coordinator, you will lead regional attraction work to build a pipeline of high-quality volunteers who are motivated to apply for the City Year programme. Join a youth social action charity which challenges 18 to 25-year-olds to tackle educational inequality through a year of full-time social action. As mentors, tutors and role models in schools, they support pupils growing up in some of the most disadvantaged areas of the UK. Position: Volunteer Engagement Coordinator Location: London Office (Kings Cross), Recruitment Events, Training Venue and home. Typically, 3 days per week are worked from home.
