This Solution Designer role puts you at the heart of their tech-driven transformation, bridging business strategy with technical delivery.Solution Designer ResponsibilitiesLead requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops across all levelsCreate business requirements documents, user stories, and acceptance criteriaDevelop Statement of Works and define project scopeDocument systems integrations, API behaviour, data flows, and authentication patternsAnalyse AWS solutions including RDS, Lambda, Cognito, and S3Produce technical documentation: integration guides, sequence diagrams, API specsSupport serverless workflows and event-driven architecturesFacilitate collaboration between business and technical teamsDrive user acceptance testing and solution effectivenessSolution Designer RequirementsStrong knowledge of AWS cloud services (RDS, Lambda, Cognito, S3)Experience delivering complex projects using agile methodologiesAbility to create technical artefacts: sequence diagrams, data flows, API specificationsHands-on SQL experience and understanding of data structuresProficiency with requirements management tools and INVEST principlesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
