You''ll work as part of a friendly, collaborative tax team, managing a portfolio of personal tax clients that includes high-net-worth individuals and trusts. The position covers both compliance and advisory work, giving you the chance to use your expertise to deliver practical solutions while developing strong, long-term client relationships.

You will be supported in your career through ongoing training, exposure to interesting work, and the backing of experienced colleagues.

The RoleOn a day-to-day basis, you will:Manage a portfolio of personal tax cases, including trusts and HNW individualsPrepare detailed reports and letters, offering advice on inheritance tax planning, residence, and domicile issuesProvide CGT advice on property, shares, and other assets for both UK and non-UK residentsMeet with clients to discuss and tailor their tax planning strategiesReview the work of junior team members and support their professional developmentPrepare and review self-assessment tax returns and computationsIdentify opportunities to introduce clients to other in-house services, such as financial planningRequest and maintain client information, and handle queries with confidenceLiaise directly with clients, HMRC, solicitors, and other professionals to ensure excellent service delivery

About YouExperience in tax compliance and advisory work, with strong report-writing skillsPart or fully ATT or CTA qualified (or equivalent) and up-to-date technical knowledgeAn understanding of relevant compliance regulations and standardsExcellent organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlinesA professional, discreet approach and the ability to build strong client relationships
