In this role, you''ll work in a fast-paced call centre, handling inbound calls from existing customers considering leaving Sky. You''ll actively listen to understand their needs and provide the best possible solutions, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and appreciated.What you''ll do Handle inbound calls from existing customers considering cancelling all or part of their Sky subscription. Build strong connections through engaging conversations to understand their needs, address any concerns, and ensure they are offered the most suitable package.
