Manage and track budgets, costs, forecasts, and project documentation through the full lifecycle. Oversee technical deliverables including procedures, lifting plans, risk assessments, material lists, work packs, and change reports. Conduct and support offshore surveys and project scopes (approx. days offshore per year). Collaborate closely with internal project, operations, and integrity teams to ensure technical accuracy and safe delivery. Mentor and develop junior engineers while continuously improving processes and standards. What We re Looking For Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equi
