HR Generalist

Escape Recruitment Services are supporting our client, a well-established manufacturer based in East Kilbride, recruit an experienced HR Generalist. This is a standalone, office-based role supporting the senior team across all areas of HR and administration, benefiting from specialised HR support from the company''s external HR Consultant.The Role:Coordinate recruitment activity, from advertising roles to scheduling interviews and communicating with candidatesSupport onboarding and offboarding processes including inductions, exit interviews and documentationBe a point of contact for HR-related queries from staff and line managersMaintain employee records and HR systems accuratelyCoordinate and administer staff training activities and recordsManage employee relations process including investigations, disciplinaies and grievancesSupport employee engagement initiatives and training programmesLiaise with an outsourced HR partner to help implement and maintain policies and ensure legal complianceWhat We''re Looking For:Previous experience in a varied HR Generalist position, ideally within manufacturing or engineering sectorIdeally degree in HR Management and/or CIPD qualified preferred although QBE will also be consideredStrong attention to detail and confident with confidential data handlingExcellent organisation and communication skillsFamiliarity with HR systems and recruitment processesA proactive and approachable nature
