You will be supporting with the daily running of the finance function and also supporting within other areas of the business. Your key responsibilities will be: Raise, track and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and raise accurate invoicing. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring that all invoices are processed accurately and promptly. Reconcile vendor accounts and ensure that all discrepancies are resolved. Prepare and maintain financial records, such as purchase orders, receipts and payment records. Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations. Assist with the procurement of goods and services, ensuring all orders are placed accurately. Liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes
