Are you an Assistant, Junior or Intermediate Building Surveyor looking to progress your career within a close-knit growing consultancy? Do you want hands-on exposure to project work and contract administration whilst progressing your career technically and professionally?

This specialist consultancy operates across the commercial and industrial sectors, delivering a range of Building Surveying services including project work, contract administration and dilapidations. Working predominantly on logistics and warehouse buildings, they have developed a strong reputation with long-standing clients and continue to see a growing pipeline of work.

In this role, you will support senior surveyors across multiple projects, assisting with technical reports, attending client meetings, carrying out site inspections and supporting with contract administration duties. You will gain exposure to all stages of projects while developing your technical skillset within an experienced team.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Building Surveying and have some industry experience within commercial surveying. Any exposure to contract administration, JCT contracts, industrial projects, CAD or dilapidations would be beneficial.

The Role:

• Supporting Senior Building Surveyors across live projects
• Assisting with contract administration and technical reports
• Attending client meetings and site inspections
• Based out of their office in Chesham, sites mainly within 1.5-hour radius
• Great opportunity for genuine long-term progression and development

The Person:

• Degree qualified in Building Surveying
• Some industry experience within Building Surveying
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Any experience with JCT contracts, CAD or dilapidations beneficial
• Full UK driving license
