We’re on the hunt for a confident and capable Senior Fire and Security Engineer who’s ready to step into a hands-on

technical/supervisory

The Role

You''ll be working on some of London and the South East’s most exciting residential developments—think high-rise new builds and live housing sites. From install to maintenance, you’ll lead the way on fire alarms, evacuation alerts, CCTV, access control and more.Plus, you''ll support junior engineers and help drive quality and safety on-site.

Must-Haves

* 5+ years in Fire and Security Systems

* Skilled in install, service and maintenance (fire, CCTV, access, etc.)

* Experience working in occupied homes and high-rise settings

* Able to supervise others and read

drawings/schematics

* Good grip on BS5839, BS8629, NSI/SSAIB and BAFE regs

* Solid fault-finding and problem-solving skills

* ECS or CSCS (skilled worker+), SSSTS, Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, Manual Handling

* Full UK driving licence + right to work in the UK

Nice-to-Haves

* IPAF or PASMA

* FIA units or manufacturer-specific training
