We’re looking for a
strategic, data-driven professional
to join our EMEA Sales Strategy and Operations team on a 9-month contract (parential leave cover). This is a chance to work directly with senior sales leaders across multiple markets, shaping commercial decisions and driving growth.Responsibilities
Deliver data-driven insights on revenue trends, product adoption and sales performanceLead business reviews and planning processes across EMEA marketsPartner with country leadership to identify growth opportunities and optimise sales performanceManage annual planning, go-to-market design and strategic projectsBe a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions at the highest levelQualifications
4–7 years’ experience in strategy consulting, sales operations, or an analytical commercial role in tech/digital/mediaAdvanced SQL and Excel skills (must have)Strong problem-solving, commercial acumen and the ability to turn data into actionable insightsProven track record in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder managementLocation : London HybridContract : 9 months, high chance of extensionTo apply contact Hannah@principlehr.com
