The Role We re looking for an experienced Production Engineer to play a key role in our busy manufacturing facility. You ll oversee the production of electrical control panels, ensuring they meet stringent quality standards, are built efficiently, and delivered on time. You ll also be responsible for leading and motivating a team of approximately 15 skilled operatives and panel wirers, helping to drive continuous improvement across processes, quality, and safety.
