Key Responsibilities:Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle - from business development through to candidate placementBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates across the German marketDevelop new business opportunities and grow your client portfolio within the Telecommunications, ICT, and Green Energy sectorsSource, screen, and interview candidates to assess suitability for client roleNegotiate terms of business and manage the offer process to successful placementMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM systemWork towards and exceed individual and team targets and KPIs About you:6-18 months of proven 360 recruitment experienceA track record of billing or strong pipeline development is highly desirableExperience recruiting in Telecommunications, ICT, or Green Energy
