You''ll play a key part in acquisition accounting, fair value exercises, and ensuring compliance with evolving accounting standards. You''ll also provide expert technical guidance across the finance function.Key ResponsibilitiesLead statutory accounting and reporting for consolidated group accounts Manage acquisition accounting and fair value exercises Prepare technical papers on accounting issues (e.g. impairment, dilapidations) Produce consolidated financial statements and disclosure notes Act as finance lead for external audit of group schedules Ensure compliance with Charity Accounting Standards (FRS102) Provide technical accounting advice and support across the group Oversee group Corporation Tax accounting and returns Drive improvements in reporting and audit processes Support financial accounting activities across group companies About YouEssential Qualifications and Experience: Degree-level education Full or
