IT Support Technician We are currently seeking an experienced IT Support Technician in the Aylesbury region, to work for a 30+ million turnover office technology business. Key Responsibilities Providing technical support via the company helpdesk to a wide variety of clients across the UK. Troubleshooting a wide variety of IT systems, including; Hardware, Network and Infrastructure faults. Configuring new user IT/Telecoms/Print equipment Networking devices and providing general support with any technical related queries. Providing exceptional customer service to ensure issues are being resolved in a timely manner. Essential Skills Proven experience in hardware and software fault diagnosis and resolution.
