The successful candidate will work closely with the Contracts Manager to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities:Assist in the day-to-day management of site operationsSupervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliersMonitor progress against programme and report on milestonesEnsure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and company policiesSupport quality control procedures and contribute to snagging and handover processesMaintain accurate site records, including daily diaries and progress reportsLiaise with clients, consultants, and the wider project team to facilitate smooth communication Requirements:Demonstrable experience in a similar role within the construction industry, preferably working on fitout projects.SSSTS or SMS
