What You''ll Be Doing:

• Supervising classes across a range of subjects in the absence of teaching staff
• Ensuring students remain on task with the work set and maintaining a productive learning environment
• Managing behaviour confidently and professionally in line with school policies
• Building positive relationships with students, many of whom have SEND or varied learning abilities
• Supporting inclusion and demonstrating understanding, flexibility, and empathy
• Providing feedback to teachers about student participation and engagement

We''re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has strong classroom management and a confident presence
• Can build rapport quickly with students and staff
• Brings a calm, inclusive, and professional approach to every lesson
• Is enthusiastic, flexible, and thrives in a busy secondary school environment
• Has prior experience in a Cover Supervisor, TA, HLTA, or similar educational role
• Holds a current DBS on the Update Service or is willing to apply for one
