This role is ideal for an experienced Chef de Partie who takes pride in producing high-quality food, maintaining excellent standards of hygiene, and contributing to a positive kitchen environment.Key Responsibilities:Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard in line with menu specifications.Work across various kitchen sections as required, ensuring smooth service throughout the day.Maintain food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards in accordance with current regulations.Assist with stock control, including rotation, labelling, and minimising waste.Support the wider kitchen team to ensure meals are delivered on time and to specification.Contribute to menu development and offer creative input when appropriate.Ensure cleanliness and organisation of work areas at all times.Requirements:Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a quality catering or hospitality environment.Strong understanding of food hygiene and health and safety practices (Level 2 Food Hygiene preferred).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and time-management skills.A passion for producing great food and delivering consistent quality.We do receive a significant number of applications.
