Manage the setup, optimisation, and performance of Google Ads campaigns including Search, Shopping, and YouTubeOversee Meta Ads campaigns and support on other paid social channels such as TikTok and PinterestLead client calls focused on paid media performance and provide clear, actionable insightsCollaborate with creative teams to brief and review ad assets for both paid search and socialWork closely with client services to deliver cross-channel campaign plansMaintain strong account hygiene and monitor budget pacingContribute to test plans and help evolve internal media processesWhat We’re Looking For
2+ years of PPC experience in a digital agency or performance-focused environmentConfident in managing Google Ads campaigns (Search and Shopping in particular)Comfortable with Meta Ads Manager or willing to learn and take ownership of paid social campaignsExperience working with premium, luxury, or e-commerce brandsStrong communicator who can lead client performance reviews and planning sessionsHighly organised and able to manage several campaigns and prioritiesConfident in reviewing performance data and optimising based on insightExperience with other paid social platforms such as TikTok, Pinterest, or LinkedInFamiliarity with display platforms such as StackAdapt or DV360Use of platforms such as Funnel.io, GA4, Shopify, Triple Whale, Klaviyo, or Looker StudioComfortable contributing to strategy documents, playbooks, or internal trainingCompany Benefits
