Your role will involve: Providing one-to-one and small group support to KS3 and KS4 children with SEND Helping pupils access learning and participate fully in classroom activities Supporting children with emotional regulation, communication, and social interaction Using visual aids, structured routines, and sensory strategies to meet individual needs Assisting with personal care when required Creating a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment where children can build confidence and independence Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and parents We re Looking For: The ideal candidate will have experience supporting children in SEND
