Vox Consultants are currently recruiting for a Plumber in Durham.
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a permanent-Plumber-in HMP Durham.
The standard hours of work are-39 hours per week.-Staff are required to work on a rota basis between Monday to Thursday 07:30 - 16:30; Friday 07:30 - 15:30; Saturday to Sunday 08:00 - 15:00.
There will be a need to work 1 in 3 weekends but this would be on a rota basis (and with an additional allowance of 15% of basic salary). You will also be required to take part in an ''on call'' rota, which is paid separately.
What you will do:

• Routine and non-routine maintenance.
• Mains water supply repairs.
• Fault finding Identification of life expired equipment, checking, repairing and making good faults.
• Inspections, water sampling and risk assessment.

• Full driving licence
• Experience in a commercial environment
• Experience in operating light plant
• NVQ level 3 in Plumbing and Heating is essential
• Legionella Control (L8) is desirable
