Has experience of working with challenging children with complex SEMH needs.Responsibilities

Support the inclusion team and raise the learning and attainment of all pupils by providing a positive, nurturing, safe and inclusive learning environment where everyone is valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.Support teachers in the classroom and work with a small nurture group, including outdoor learning.Develop good relationships with children, parents and staff; communicate effectively as part of a team.Undertake any training required including first aid.Qualifications

Experience of working with challenging children with complex SEMH needs.Trained in Teach Teach or willing to be trained.Excellent communication; caring and patient; flexible and able to think on their feet.Motivated, enthusiastic and passionate; able to work effectively as part of a team.Application
