They are currently looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join them for an initial 12-month contract. However, there may be scope for extension. Job Purpose:The role exists to provide excellent front line service to the clients customers, co-ordinating the delivery of contracted customer work by working closely with the Customer Account Managers.Key Accountabilities:Receive, acknowledge and action customer enquiries in accordance with agreed priorities in a timely and professional manner whilst accurately maintaining relevant system data.Leverage relationships to identify new opportunities from existing customer portfolio.Query and challenge service providers (as required).Attend customer meetings to review work progress and gather customer feedback to create action plans forLiaise with customers and planning functions to agree all work dates as well as identifying and pursuing alternative dates and work scop
