Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Social Worker to join the Children and Family Services Team for Enfield Council Duties and Responsibilities: Managing complex and varied caseloads within the Children and Family Services Team. Undertaking comprehensive assessments to identify risks, strengths, and support needs of children and families. Developing and implementing care plans to promote the welfare and safety of children. Working collaboratively with partner agencies including education, health, and police to ensure effective multi-agency support. Preparing and presenting reports for case conferences, reviews, and court proceedings. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in line with statutory requirements. Ensuring all work is carried out in line with safeguarding procedures and professional standards.
