Salary : 30,000 - 34,000 per annum Hours : 40 hours per week Location : Surbiton Duties Provide high-quality care for children aged 0-5 years, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. Support and supervise playroom staff with their day to day duties Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote early childhood development. Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms Implementation of the nursery key carer procedures and allocate children to key carers appropriately Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for children to explore and learn. Ensure the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child''s progress and any concerns that may arise. Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive team approach to childcare. Manage daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and play activities.
