Our client, a highly respected national housebuilder, is seeking a confident, driven and organised individual to join the team and-run a phase on a large-multi-phase residential development in Wantage, Oxfordshire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall site management and delivery of the residential development

• Managing build programs and all daily site activities

• Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams

• Ensuring health & safety compliance at all stages

• Quality control and customer satisfaction

• Reporting progress to senior management

• Coordinating NHBC inspections and handovers

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager on residential projects (volume housebuilding or bespoke)

• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certified

• Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and UK building regulations

• Ability to lead and motivate a site team effectively

• Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience managing programmes with 50+ units preferred
