Minutes Must be competent in capturing the notes ''in the moment'' and asking for information to be repeated where requiredNotes must be captured accurately and in a timely manner Meeting agendasCalendar inviteAction trackingUploading/distributing documentationGeneral admin supporting the 4 meetings above The role is part time and will be around 15-20hrs per week- ideally split over 3 (or maybe 4) days.Qualifications and Attributes Experience taking technical engineering/science based minutesHighly organisedGood standard of written EnglishGood eye for detailGood communication skillsTeam workingStrong general IT Skills
