MMP Consultancy is seeking a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer to join a private hospital in Central London. The role involves carrying out installation, maintenance, and project tasks related to reactive, planned, and corrective works.They will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of building plant, systems, and equipment, maintaining high standards of customer service and safety. Candidates will ideally be multi-skilled on mechanical and electrical but with a mechanical bias.The rate of pay is 26.33ph via an umbrella company, over a 44-hour working week, which is an estimated take home inclusive of holiday pay of 793 per week. The working hours will be 7am - 7pm and 7pm - 7am working days and nights, 4 on 4 off.Key Responsibilities:Perform planned and reactive maintenance across Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, and other building systems.Provide technical support, including Competent and Authorised Person duties.Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers, obtaining quotes and ensuring compliance with site requirements.Ensure all tasks are completed within SLAs, with accurate updates provided.Act as a point of contact for shift handovers and communicate effectively with the Estates team.Escort subcontractors on-site and manage materials procurement.Adhere to safety systems, risk assessments, and method statements.Qualifications and Skills:Completed full Apprenticeship in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline.CandG Level 3 qualification (Mechanical or Electrical).CSCS or re
