Job Title: Accounts Assistant Location: Crawley, West SussexJob Type: Full-Time (Flexible Hours Available), TemporaryContract Length: OngoingStart Date: ASAPKey Responsibilities:Raise and process sales invoices accurately and in a timely mannerCarry out credit control duties, including chasing outstanding payments and maintaining accurate debtor recordsProcess supplier invoices and manage the accounts payable ledgerReconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice discrepanciesAssist with general ledger entries and account reconciliationsSupport the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and month-end processes Key Requirements:Proven experience in a similar Accounts Assistant roleStrong working knowledge of SAGE accounting softwareSolid understanding of invoicing, credit control, and accounts payable processesExcellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracyStrong Excel skills and comfortable working with financial dataGood communication skills and ability to liaise with both internal teams and external suppliers/customersAble to work independently and manage priorities effectivelyMust be able to drive Additional Information:Full-time role with flexibility on working hoursOffice-based in Crawley (hybrid working may be considered depending on the role)Immediate start preferred
