The ideal Travel and Events Specialist will be responsible for providing high end personal lifestyle support and travel and events management. This role would suit a confident event or travel professional who is organised and enjoys working in a busy and fast paced environment with experience in handling travel, events and concierge with excellent negotiation skills. You will be expected to work with minimal guidance, act on urgent priorities, and act with a high level of discretion when handling confidential information. Extensive travel management and provision of expert advice and recommendations on worldwide luxury destinations. Staying current on trends and curated retreats to offer a bespoke service. Handling all bookings, including flights, hotels, private transportation, experiences and fine dining reservations. Meticulously planning every aspect of travel and events to ensure a perfect, seamless experience. Creating detailed, travel plans and itineraries. Negotiating with hotels, tour operators and other suppliers to secure the best value and in line with budgets set. Ability to organise and manage social engagements and events.
