Pure Care are seeking an experienced and dedicated Head Chef to join the catering team at a beautiful Care Home in the Hindhead area. Vacancy Reference - PK62768 (Care Home Head Chef) 20.00 per hour with paid breaks 7am-4pm shifts Supportive company This is a full time, permanent Head Chef position paying a fantastic 20.00 per hour on a full time, permanent contract! This is working 7am-4pm shifts over 4 days (36 hours per week), with the option of additional hours. The core responsibilities will be to deliver high quality home cooked meals for the residents, working in an extremely rewarding setting. This role is working in a supportive, independently-owned 39 bedded Care Home that has a strong history of supporting and developing their staff. As Head Chef Chef within this care home you will provide a high-quality food service to support residents, be responsive to their needs, and contribute to their overall positive experience of living in the Home. Candidates will ideally have a valid Food Hygiene Certificate and previous experience of working in a Care Home or similar environment would be preferred but is not essential. A good understanding of Health and Safety and COSHH guidelines is required within the Chef role. Qualifications within Catering/Hospitality/Professional Cookery would be looked upon favourably but are not essential.
