Social Media Marketing Manager , you will lead integrated brand and campaign activity, ensuring our storytelling, content, and influencer strategies are aligned, dynamic, and distinctly on brand. You’ll bring a social-first, strategic mindset—infusing energy and creative vision into every touchpoint, from campaign planning to content production, bringing Love and Roses to life in vivid, meaningful ways.Role ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across
social, email, influencer channels, and experiential activations
(pop-ups, shows, events).Manage and support the
Marketing and Social Media Executive
and
Content Creator .Support and optimise both
paid and organic social media performance , understanding what drives engagement and results.Partner with PR
to evolve the influencer and partnerships strategy, cultivating meaningful brand associations that feel vibrant and on-brand.Act as a
brand guardian , maintaining Love and Roses’ voice, visual identity, and aesthetic across all marketing channels.Brief and direct social shoots , from initial briefing through to on-set direction—ensuring the visuals pop with print, colour, and fashion.Collaborate with our in-house PR team,
ecommerce, creative, buying, and design teams to ensure seamless brand consistency.Bring product stories to life through engaging, audience-first social content rooted in colour, texture, and print.Stay ahead of social, cultural, and style trends —spotting relevant creators, platforms, and moments to activate.Report on campaign performance with balanced creative insight and data analysis, using insights to inform future recommendations.Role RequirementsProven experience in a marketing or brand role—ideally within
fashion, beauty, or retail , with strong experiential marketing experience (pop-ups, shows, immersive activations).Demonstrated success in
managing brand collaborations
from concept through to execution.A
social-first mindset
with deep passion for content, storytelling, print, colour, and fashion.Demonstrated ability to
brief and direct content creation
for Instagram, TikTok, and other visual-first platforms.Strong strategic planning skills —proactive, highly organised, able to manage multiple live projects and activations in advance.Confident working with cross-functional teams and directing creative production, from concept to delivery.Excellent copywriting skills and a deep understanding of brand tone and voice.Experience managing and mentoring junior team members.Comfortable using performance insights to guide strategy— flexible, analytical, and creatively driven.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and manage multiple priorities.
