Deliver engaging, people-led communications across multiple channels and regionsPlan and lead impactful campaigns on talent, LandD, wellbeing, inclusion, and safetyDrive engagement through events like townhalls, webinars, and QandA sessionsUse colleague survey insights to shape engagement strategies and action plansCurate and manage content for our People intranet, Viva Engage, Inchcape.com, and LinkedInChampion our Employee Value Proposition and ensure message consistencyCommunicate global people policies clearly and effectivelySupport delivery of Group-wide communication projects, from concept to measurementAbout you

An experienced Communications Business Partner that has worked with a people functionA confident communicator, skilled at turning complex topics into clear, engaging messagesExperienced in delivering multi-channel communication campaigns in global settingsComfortable using data and feedback to shape content and measure successHighly organised with strong project and stakeholder management skillsCreative in your approach, with a proven ability to bring people stories to lifeSkilled in using digital tools—from MS Office to social and video content platformsExperienced in managing internal and external creative partnersAdaptable, with the ability to work at pace and meet tight deadlinesPassionate about inclusion, engagement, and amplifying diverse voicesIf you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
