Job Description:

vandnbsp; Create aandnbsp;positive learning environmentandnbsp;that fostersandnbsp;numeracy confidence,andnbsp;problem-solving, and aandnbsp;growth mindset
vandnbsp; Use a variety ofandnbsp;assessment strategiesandnbsp;to track progress and inform planning andndash; because every pupil count!

The Ideal Candidate Will:
vandnbsp; have experience teachingandnbsp;Mathematicsandnbsp;at secondary level (desirable but not essential)
vandnbsp; Is aandnbsp;creative,andnbsp;reflective, andandnbsp;resilient educatorandnbsp;who canandnbsp;factor inandnbsp;different learning styles
vandnbsp; Demonstrates excellentandnbsp;classroom management,andnbsp;communication, andandnbsp;teamworkandnbsp;skills
