Freightserve are looking to recruit a HR Advisor for a Heathrow based Freight Forwarder. Purpose of the role: To work alongside HR Manager to provide high quality HR services to the group of companies with a focus on continuous improvement and robust administration. The HR Advisor will proactively deal with all first line queries, advising team members and managers on HR process and policies. Signposting to appropriate policies and escalating issues to the HR Manager when appropriate. ? Responsible for HR Administration and data management on HR information system ? Support the develop and implementation of HR and People strategies: ? Form and maintain strong working relationships across the companies. ? Assist and advise managers/supervisors on HR policy, procedure and best practice. ? Provide all round HR Generalist support on projects and day to day HR advice and support including; administration of payroll adjustments, recruitment and selection, policies/procedures, disciplinary and grievances, salary and contracts, training and development, driving performance reviews and any other HR related projects/issues. Recruitment To manage the end-to-end recruitment. Post job ads, screen and shortlist candidates, produce interview agendas, attend and arrange interviews.
