Duties Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat in Lithuanian and English. Conduct accurate data entry to record customer interactions and update relevant databases. Analyse customer issues to identify solutions and escalate complex cases appropriately. Utilise strong communication skills to provide clear information and guidance, ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain excellent phone etiquette at all times, demonstrating professionalism and empathy. Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service delivery standards. Assist in identifying common issues through analysis skills to contribute to process improvements. Experience Proven experience in a customer service or legal support role is preferred.
