Leading, training, and motivating the kitchen team.

Maintaining impeccable standards of hygiene, stock control, and food safety.

Supporting the smooth running of service and ensuring guests enjoy outstanding food.

What I''m looking for:Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up.

A genuine passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

The ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering excellence.
