Export Customer Service Coordinator Location: Chatham Full-time, PermanentAbout the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Export Customer Service Coordinator to join a busy Supply Chain team. This role is key in supporting international customers, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and delivered on time while providing a high level of customer service.You''ll act as a central point of contact for export customers and work closely with internal departments and logistics partners to ensure a smooth end-to-end process.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess customer orders for export markets using an ERP systemSend daily order confirmations and proof of deliveriesRespond to and follow up on customer enquiries in a timely mannerRelease orders to the warehouse for dispatchLiaise with freight forwarders to obtain shipping quotations and arrange collectionsTrack shipments and provide customers with order status updatesHandle incoming calls and emails from customersWork collaboratively with internal teams including Purchasing, Planning, Warehouse, and FinanceSupport colleagues within the customer service team as neededAbout YouEssentialGCSE (or equivalent) in English and MathematicsStrong communication skills (both written and verbal)Good organisational and time management skillsConfident using Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelA proactive approach with the ability to take ownership of tasksStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsDesirablePrevious experienc
