• A recognised apprenticeship or equivalent certification (BTEC/NVQ ideal)

• At least 3 years'' experience in a fast-moving manufacturing environment (FMCG preferred)

• Confident in both electrical and mechanical maintenance

• A proactive, solution-driven approach

• Carry out both reactive and planned maintenance across a wide range of machinery

• Work on robotics, conveyors, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems

• Troubleshoot issues quickly and safely to minimise downtime

• Collaborate with colleagues across operations, production, and other functions

• Contribute to continuous improvement across safety, quality, and performance
