The role is primarily 90% hands off day-to-day responsibilities while supporting the workshop 30% of the time when help is needed to build production machines. Essential Requirements: Demonstrate a deep-rooted understanding of high-speed manufacturing environments. Time-served Mechanical/Electrical apprenticeship or recognised Level 3 qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (must be a NVQ, BTEC, HND, HNC or ONC).Solid experience in the maintenance, integration, and troubleshooting of specialized food production machinery, including X-ray inspection systems, checkweighers, and conveyors.
