Here''s how you''ll contribute: Lead requirements workshops with stakeholders, clarify business needs and capture acceptance criteria. Analyse requirements and propose pragmatic solutions that prioritise OOTB Salesforce capabilities and minimise custom development. Design end-to-end FSL solutions aligned to utility use-cases (work order life cycle, scheduling, asset management etc). Implement and configure Salesforce FSL (scheduling, resources, dispatcher console, mobile) and related Salesforce functionality. Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems; act as integration specialist. Use and advocate CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce deployment best practices. Apply current Salesforce security protocols and ensure secure interfaces and data flows. Prepare solution documents and present designs to architecture review board; lead technical reviews and risk assessments. Lead estimations, solutioning and contribute to proposal responses. Mentor and guide development/configuration teams; provide day-to-day technical leadership. Maintain awareness of Salesforce product roadmap and new features; propose opportunities to leverage new capabilities. Travel to client offices for workshops, go-lives and runbooks as required.
