Senior Systems Analyst (Totalmobile, Civica, and MRI) Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to join the Digital team, acting as a technical lead across key housing systems. This role will play a critical part in supporting and enhancing existing platforms while contributing to ongoing digital transformation within the Housing function. Experience within a local government Housing environment is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Act as the technical lead for core housing systems, providing specialist expertise and guidance to the wider team Translate business requirements from Project Managers and Business Analysts into effective technical solutions Configure, implement, and optimise existing systems including Totalmobile (Connect, Mobilise), Civica (Keystone), and MRI (Orchard Enterprise and Assets) Support the implementation of new modules and system processes, ensuring best practice is followed Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver user-focused system improvements and change initiatives Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to team members to enhance overall capability Work across both on-premise and SaaS platforms, with involvement in Front End and Back End systems where applicable Liaise with third-party vendors and support project delivery to ensure timelines and objectives are met Contribute to system migration and integration activities, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions Key Skills andamp; Experience Proven
