Birchlake Recruitment is partnering with a well-established financial advice organisation to identify an experienced Training and Competency (TandC) Supervisor. This role will play a key part in ensuring advisers meet regulatory competency standards while supporting ongoing development, supervision, and compliance across the business. This is a fully remote role.The Role:The TandC Supervisor will oversee adviser competence, ensuring regulatory requirements are met while supporting advisers through effective supervision, coaching, and performance monitoring.
