:A passion for hospitality, food and beverage and exceptional guest serviceThe motivation and leadership skill to represent the Gordon Ramsay Brand and its world class hospitality standardsA keen eye for detail to ensure delivery of standards at the highest levelA proven track record of recruiting, developing, motivating and retaining a high performing teamGood commercial acumen with previous PandL responsibilityA strong personality, with confidence and enthusiasm to lead the team in the day to day running of the restaurantExceptional communication skills
