AP / AR Manager An exciting opportunity has arisen for a AP / AR Manager to lead a small team and take ownership of critical financial operations, with a key focus on minimising debt, maximising cash flow, and driving operational efficiencies.This role offers a unique opportunity to work across both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions, while playing a vital role in streamlining financial processes and supporting strategic projects, including system migrations. The successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative, dynamic environment, and possess strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.Key Responsibilities: • Leadership and Staff Management: Lead and support a small finance team (AP and AR), including training, performance reviews, and recruitment. • Accounts Receivable and Credit Control: Full responsibility for AR functions across multiple entities; manage customer master data, oversee credit checks, invoicing, reconciliations, cash allocations, and bad debt provisions. • Accounts Payable Oversight: Approve changes to supplier data, oversee payment runs, manage monthly closure and reconciliations, and support accurate accruals/prepayments. • Reporting and Analysis: Deliver weekly and monthly reporting on cash flow, debtor/creditor days, aged debt, and variance analysis. • Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to minimise revenue leakage, drive efficiency, and support the transition from legacy to modern finance systems. • Audit and Complian
