They specialise in renovating existing kitchens instead of replacing, typically saving customers 50% of the cost of replacement.They also offer the option of supplying and fitting a brand-new kitchen if the existing kitchen cannot be updatedDue to their continued growth and success, they are now recruiting for a Sales and Customer Service Administrator to work from out of the Newbury BranchTHE ROLE As Kitchen Showroom Consultant you will be the first point of contact for customers coming to the showroom and via telephoneGathering full customer requirements, what they are looking to achieved and their expected spend level.Arranging and booking appointments for a member of the team to carry out a home visit to present the sales possibilities and take measurements etc.You will be showing customers the products and service on offer e.g. Kitchen doors, worktops, handles, appliances etc.Helping customer choose colours, styles etc.Taking phone calls from potential and existing customers as well as suppliersFollowing up internet and email enquiriesYou will also be carrying out general admin duties e.g., quotations, placing orders, dealing with suppliers and other admin work as requiredEnsuring the showroom is always clean and
