About The Role:
We are currently seeking a Senior Cost Controller, reporting directly to Project Controls Manager to join the team based in London focusing on providing expertise on project controls for projects based in The UK.
Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:
Estimating total project cost at completion for complex projects
Developing, updating and maintains project budget and forecasting and/or
Leading all cost control activities within a project, operational role
Duties:
Sets up Cost Control Procedures
Sets up Budgets and the specific tool to follow the project costs
Estimates Total Forecasts, Quantity / Costs and Expected Outcomes
Provides support to the Risk Manager to prepare the Quantitative Risk Analysis
Approves commitment control and
vendor/subcontractors
invoice
Assists Project Managers in optimizing and improving the budgeted profits
Prepares change orders / claims, and follows up
Generates monthly internal Project Management Review (PMR) / external status reports (client reports)
Develops cash flows on monthly basis
Develops statistical and close-out reports, with a view towards improving feedback data and estimation tools on future contracts / proposals
Complies with and implements both company and client HSE Management System objectives and procedures, as well as Quality standards and policies, and other applicable company procedures

Bachelor''s degree in Engineering or equivalent
Fluency in English
Strong experience of cost control tools and methodologies
Solid analytical and problem solving skills
Establishing good relationship and cooperation with colleagues in the project team
