Pertemps are working on behalf of a leading 3PL logistics provider to recruit a Permanent Part-Time Weekend Warehouse Supervisor for their busy operation based at Hams Hall, Birmingham.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is genuinely seeking consistent weekend work in a leadership capacity within a warehouse environment. You must bring solid experience in supervising warehouse teams and confidence in using WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) to be successful in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise weekend warehouse operations and lead a team effectively.
- Maintain productivity, accuracy, and safety standards across the shift.
- Support team members and take responsibility for performance and issue resolution.
- Use WMS systems to manage workflow, inventory, and operational reporting.
- Be proactive and confident in leading your shift and resolving operational issues on the spot.

What We''re Looking For:

- Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with WMS or similar systems.
- Confident in leading, motivating, and managing people effectively.
- Excellent communicator with a can-do attitude and attention to detail.
- Committed to long-term weekend work - this is not a short-term stopgap.
