Position: CPCS 360 Excavator Operator FBR Construction Recruitment Limited is recruiting an experienced CPCS 360 Excavator Operator to join a major long-term construction programme near Fordingbridge. Role and Responsibilities As a 360 Excavator Operator, your duties will include: Operating 360 excavators safely and efficiently up to required tonnage Excavation for drainage, foundations, ducting, and utilities Assisting with bulk earthworks and trenching operations Supporting groundworks and civils teams as needed Loading and offloading materials Working around live services and within a controlled water industry environment Daily machine checks, maintenance, and reporting defects Adhering to all site health and safety procedures and environmental regulations Requirements Valid CPCS Blue 360 Excavator Card Proven experience operating 360 excavators on civil engineering projects Experience on water treatment or utilities sites is advantageous Ability to work safely in a high-risk environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Benefits £24 per hour 12-month ongoing project Stable long-term work with a reputable contractor
