They are looking to hire a sales manager to lead and inspire its small yet growing team of business development managers, driving apprenticeship sales into professional services firms across the UK. Working in a pure management/leadership capacity you will be tasked with driving business development strategy, training/mentoring the team to achieve target, heading up recruitment for additional BDM s and building a high-performance team culture. The ideal candidate will possess good communication and leadership skills and must have prior apprenticeship knowledge need to understand apprenticeships and funding. It is preferred if candidates have at least 2+ years sales management experience. If you have dealt with or sold into professional services organisations previously it is a bonus.
